Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange an order purchased directly from us, we’re here to help! We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You have a choice to return your product for store credit or for a different product. Request for refunds will have a 25% restocking fee and are limited to 30 days from invoice date. Non-standard or custom sizing sales are final.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returns must be approved, limited to 30 days from Invoice date.
To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via Phone or eMail and supply the invoice number.
- explain what you wish to exchange and why.
- If return is approved, send item(s) back to us. Once item is received, your item will be shipped.
Additional Information:
- Dependent on stock, we will process the order for replacement product, or store credit within 2 business days.
- Any shipping fees the customer will pay.
- Any return restocking fees (Usually 25%) the customer will pay.
Warranty work will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact us.
