Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange an order purchased directly from us, we’re here to help! We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You have a choice to return your product for store credit or for a different product. Request for refunds will have a 25% restocking fee and are limited to 30 days from invoice date. Non-standard or custom sizing sales are final.

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Returns must be approved, limited to 30 days from Invoice date.

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

Contact us via Phone or eMail and supply the invoice number.
explain what you wish to exchange and why.
If return is approved, send item(s) back to us. Once item is received, your item will be shipped.

Additional Information:

Dependent on stock, we will process the order for replacement product, or store credit within 2 business days.
Any shipping fees the customer will pay.
Any return restocking fees (Usually 25%) the customer will pay.

Warranty work will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact us.
